Day 1 2 tablespoons  Shake, 1 tablespoon  PPP* mixed with 250ml liquid** Banana smoothie made with 150g banana and 200g apple juice 2 tablespoons  Shake, 1 tablespoon  PPP* mixed with  250ml liquid** Instant Herbal  Beverage and 25g peanuts Medium baked potato (200g) with 100g avocado and 100g light coleslaw
Day 2 2 tablespoons  Shake, 1 tablespoon  PPP* mixed with 250ml liquid** 1 small pear (150g) and 25g walnuts  400g Chunky vegetable soup and 1 slice rye bread (100g) 100g lean ham with baby gem lettuce  2 tablespoons Shake,  1 tablespoon PPP*  mixed with 250ml  liquid**
Day 3 2 tablespoons  Shake, 1 tablespoon  PPP* mixed with 250ml liquid**  2 oatcakes with 25g cheese and cucumber  2 tablespoons  Shake, 1 tablespoon  PPP* mixed with  250ml liquid** Tomato juice and 1  fruit of your choice Chicken and avocado wrap
Day 4 2 tablespoons  Shake, 1 tablespoon  PPP* mixed with 250ml liquid** 1 orange and 25g hazelnuts  2 tablespoons  Shake, 1 tablespoon  PPP* mixed with  250ml liquid** 1 fruit yoghurt Grilled salmon with asparagus and carrots
Day 5 2 tablespoons  Shake, 1 tablespoon  PPP* mixed with 250ml liquid** 7 dates 2 egg vegetable omelette and salad Raw celery and 100g carrot sticks  2 tablespoons Shake,  1 tablespoon PPP*  mixed with 250ml  liquid**
Day 6 2 tablespoons  Shake, 1 tablespoon  PPP* mixed with 250ml liquid** 1 medium banana 2 tablespoons  Shake, 1 tablespoon  PPP* mixed with  250ml liquid** 150g pitted olives Thai prawn and sweet corn stir fry with brown rice
Day 7 2 tablespoons  Shake, 1 tablespoon  PPP* mixed with 250ml liquid** 1  apple and 15g almonds 2 tablespoons  Shake, 1 tablespoon  PPP* mixed with  250ml liquid** 25g plain popcorn 150 Grilled Beef Steak with 100g new potatoes and 200g mixed vegetables
