Day 2
 2 tablespoons  Shake, 1 tablespoon  PPP* mixed with  250ml liquid**  1 apple, Instant  Herbal Beverage and  cottage cheese  1 cup tomato soup,  tuna mixed with  chopped vegetables,  quarter avocado and  light Italian  dressing  Low-fat yoghurt  2 tablespoons Shake,  1 tablespoon PPP*  mixed with 250ml  liquid**
Day 3
 2 tablespoons  Shake, 1 tablespoon  PPP* mixed with  250ml liquid**  Instant Herbal  Beverage and cottage  cheese  2 tablespoons  Shake, 1 tablespoon  PPP* mixed with  250ml liquid**  Tomato juice and 1  fruit of your choice  Crab meat, half  avocado, dark green  salad leaves, soy  sprouts, grated  reduced fat cheese,  sliced mango and  reduced calorie  dressing
Day 4
 2 tablespoons  Shake, 1 tablespoon  PPP* mixed with  250ml liquid**  Instant Herbal  Beverage and cottage  cheese  2 tablespoons  Shake, 1 tablespoon  PPP* mixed with  250ml liquid**  1 nectarine and low  fat yoghurt  Soy protein burger,  grilled peppers, onion  and aubergine, soy  sprouts tossed green  salad with low fat  dressing
Day 5
 2 tablespoons  Shake, 1 tablespoon  PPP* mixed with  250ml liquid**  Low fat yoghurt with  oatmeal  1 egg, tomatoes,  salsa, 1 slice  wholegrain toast,  half grapefruit  Raw celery and  carrots with low fat  dressing  2 tablespoons Shake,  1 tablespoon PPP*  mixed with 250ml  liquid**
Day 6
 2 tablespoons  Shake, 1 tablespoon  PPP* mixed with  250ml liquid**  1 fresh pear with  low fat yoghurt  2 tablespoons  Shake, 1 tablespoon  PPP* mixed with  250ml liquid**  Instant Herbal  Beverage and cottage  cheese  Turkey breast,  carrots, celery,  squash, green beans,  green salad with low  calorie dressing
Day 7
 2 tablespoons  Shake, 1 tablespoon  PPP* mixed with  250ml liquid**  Tomato juice and 1  apple  2 tablespoons  Shake, 1 tablespoon  PPP* mixed with  250ml liquid**  Instant Herbal  Beverage and one low  fat yoghurt  Grilled fish, 2 cups  spinach, sprouts and  grilled peppers and  onion
